2 List some examples of reports.
3 Why is a report often based on a query?
4 List the sections of a report.
5 Explain the difference between a report header and a page header.
6 What is usually displayed in a report footer?


Activity Two - Creating a Report

Use the Library Database provided
Create a Query identifying unreturned books
Create a Report based on that query

Activity Three - Mail Merge Reports

Open Microsoft Word and create a letter reminding people that their overdue books should be returned
Create a new Query to identify the overdue borrowings
Integrate the Query into the Word document using the Mail Merge feature.
