1. IPO Diagrams

An IPO Chart is a diagram that represents Input, Processing and Output steps required to perform a task

It answers three fundamental questions about a procedure:

  • Input: Where do I get the information with which we work?
  • Processing: What do I do to transform the information
  • Output: What do I do with the information when processing is completed?
